Snake wine (rượu rắn in Vietnamese) is, of course, an alcoholic beverage. Besides Vietnam this drink can be found in many other countries of Southeast Asia. Snake is the main ingredient of this wine, their venom venom gets dissolved in alcohol and is therefore safe for health, some say even good for the bloodstream.
