74-year old Ernestine Shepherd from Baltimore made it into the Guinness Book of World Records in 2012
as the oldest female bodybuilder. In her interview for Washington Post Mrs. Shepherd said: “What is my age to me? It is just a bunch of numbers”.

To dispel the mysticism of the video a bit, the tattoo she gets (666-SSS) relates back to Jose Luis, a man who claims to be both the anti-Christ and the Christ. He encourages his followers to get the tattoo as a symbol of their faith, which many believe puts them directly in conflict with modern Christianity – many interpret 666 to be the “Number of the Beast.”

Still, you don’t see many grandmothers getting tattoos of any variety, so kudos to her.
