Wedding ceremony is meant to be the happiest day of your life. So Alex Pelling, 32, and Lisa Grant, 30, must be having an extremely happy year. The East Yorkshire couple have been travelling the world since last summer and celebrating their love for each other by having 22 wedding ceremonies in different countries – and they still have eight to go!

Dennis Maitland: Life on the Edge

Be careful not to look too closely at these if you have a fear of heights; you will find yourself getting a severe case of vertigo. As much as you might like to believe they are photoshopped, they definitely are not. Having a great love for his city of Detroit, Dennis Maitland wanted to show people a new perspective; something different from the typical tourist shots, so he proceeded to climb. Going to mostly abandoned buildings he would get to the highest point possible, sit on the edge, lean over and shoot.
Maitland says, ”When I started this series, in August, I was afraid of heights and I was afraid to climb ladders past 10 feet. After a few times sitting or standing on ledges, I found myself getting more comfortable with it. I soon realized how to tune everything out and just focus on getting a steady handheld shot. Now, when I go into a building, I’m always looking up and for stuff to climb. The series has pushed me out of my comfort zones and helped expand my creative boundaries. I’ve been able to concur my fear of heights and now I crave the adrenaline.”

Yu Zhenhuan is the most hairy man in the world. Now he wants to remove an important part of the hair from his body. But each hair will have to be burnt with laser and the procedure is quite painful. It will all be OK as long as his wife is by his side and helping him to get through it :) And judging by the photographs, they are a very happy couple.
Guitar Of 7000 Trees

70 year old Argentine farmer from Gral Lavalle county, Pedro Martin Ureta, created a giant guitar from various trees in memory of his late wife, Gratsele. For this the farmer used 7,000 cypress and eucalyptus trees. Pedro Martin Ureta designed the giant guitar many years ago, immediately after his wife died in 1977, she was only 25 years old. That is true love!
The Hill Of Crosses

Check out a hill so full of crosses that they literally lie on each other. You have to need a lot of prayer power to have a hill that full of crosses.
The hill has over 100,000 crosses and when the Pope visited he claimed the area as a place for peace, love, sacrifice, and hope. It should be considered a revered place as it was destroyed on several occasions. It was razed to the ground and garbage thrown on it many times, but that did not stop the Lithuanians from recreating the hill of crosses.
